TICKET INFORMATION
- All tickets include GST and a $2.00 donation to the Capital Improvement Fund (C.I.F.).
- A $3.00 service charge per order applies to all in-person, telephone, online, and mail orders.
- Tickets may be exchanged up to 24 hours before a performance for a service charge of $1.00 per ticket. Any difference in price will be charged accordingly or credited to your account.
- The Elora Festival cannot issue refunds for returned tickets, however you may receive a tax receipt for the value of tickets turned in prior to a performance.
- Members have access to the waiting list of any sold out performance. We reserve the right to close the waiting list at any time.
- We welcome children old enough to enjoy our concerts, but tickets must be purchased for each child seated with a parent or guardian.
- Babes in arms are not permitted in the concert venues.
