day camp

Our Festival Kids spend a full week learning about singing, acting, choreography and building and painting sets as they prepare to perform in a musical version of Treasure Island. The camp runs from July 14-18 for children 8-12 years, and culminates with a performance on Friday afternoon. No previous experience is necessary. Space is limited.

Registration is Thursday, May 15, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Elora Festival Office, 33 Henderson St. in Elora. Cost is $125.00 plus a $10.00 refundable fee for the score.

If your child would like a speaking/singing role, auditions will take place on Saturday, June 21 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the Elora Festival Office. Auditions require your child memorizing and singing one song (below) and memorizing and reciting one poem from list below.
